# outofthebox

A singleplayer rpg-platformer using the mouse as a mage. thing.
|

Using partners defines what context the mouse has.
|
|
|
|
Kinda like Super Paper Mario
|
|
|

Main-Gimmik:

Mouse pointer to interact with things (shocking aint it?) based on the selected partner ~~also making things 3d~~

1. Info and Flipper Partner. (Goomba)
|
|
1. Draw a box around an enemy to gain info on them.
|
|
2. Draw a box around the main character to flip them into 3d.
|
|
2. Boomerang Partner (Koopa)
|
|
+ Draw a line in which a boomerang is thrown. later upgradeable to be stationary and trigger things after a certain time
|
|
3. Camera guy (Custom) -- TO REVISE, COULD BE TOO GIMICKY
|
|
+ Certain Objects can be "Photographed" to be used later on to progress (Maybe like in F-Stop?)
|
|
4. Ghostperson (Lady Bow)
|
|
+ Allows traversing slowly, but unharmed.
|
|
+ Allows for Pacifist runs? (For example when in battle, using this 10x against an enemy, they just stop the fight, thinking you are gone?)
|
|
5. Shrink dude (Dottie, SPM)
|
|
+ Allows for small passages to be used.
|
|
6. Explody dude. (Bombette, Bombery)
|
|
+ Makes walls go boom
|
|
7. Platteau (NSMB ASsist platforms, CUSTOM) - TO REVISE, COULD MAKE CAMERA GUY OBSOLETE. - NEEDS TO BE LIMITED USE
|
|
+ Allows to create small plaforms that the player can jump on
|
|
8. Stopwatch dude (Custom) -- TO REVISE, COULD MAKE GHOSTPERSON OBSOLETE!
|
|
+ Stops time and freezes Physics Objects to jump onto (Like logs)
|
|
|
