Installation

  1. Go to the Releases section and download the NeonShooter.zip file. (You might want to expand the Sources section.)
  2. Unzip that archive in a folder, which you can find again.
  3. Launch "NeonShooter.exe"
  4. ...
  5. Profit.

Uninstall

  1. Delete the folder you created.
